Delivery Costs
The standard postage charge for deliveries is €8 per order in Ireland, and €15 per order for UK customers.
All orders over €150 will be delivered free of charge. This free delivery option does not apply to oversized items, e.g. gun safes, shotgun cartridges, etc…
Please note that we cannot ship firearms or ammunition to customers outside of the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Times
All orders place before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following day.
Both of our courier companies offer 24 hour delivery around most areas of Ireland. In some regions, orders can take up to 48 hours to be delivered. If your parcel has not arrived after 2 days then please get in touch and we will follow it up with the courier company.
Orders to the UK should be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. In some regions it may take longer. We recommend UK customers allow 3 working days for delivery. If your parcel has not been delivered after 3 days then please get in touch.
Restricted Items
There are some items on our website that cannot be delivered by our couriers. Any gun that is ordered from thegunroom.ie must be collected in person from the Courtlough Shooting Grounds premises.

Returns & Refunds
Should you, for any reason, change your mind about any item you have purchased from Courtlough Shooting Grounds you can request a refund or a replacement, within 28 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must not be used, worn or damaged in any way. Items should have all the original labels attached and the packaging should be intact.
To return your item, please fill out the returns form you received with your original order, and place it in the parcel with the items you wish to return. This allows us to process your refund promptly. The returns form also includes an address label which you can use to address your parcel.
We recommend you use a courier or postal service with a track and trace facility. Please retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund. Courtlough Shooting Grounds will not be responsible for any returned parcel that goes missing in transit.
Once we receive your parcel we will issue a refund, minus the original postage costs, within 7 days. If the item you are returning is faulty, or it was sent in error, then we will refund the cost of the item and also the postage costs.
If you are returning the item because of a fault, or because it was sent in error, then we will refund the cost of the item and also the postage costs. Please include a copy of your postage receipt with your returned parcel.
